If you wish to return an item for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds apply only to the price of the returned items (excluding shipping costs, which are the customer's responsibility).
How to Return or Exchange a Product

We strive to process returns as quickly as possible, but during peak periods, please allow up to 1 weeks for your return to be processed.

There's no need to notify us once you've shipped your return. However, we recommend keeping your tracking number in case any issues arise.
Exchanges are only possible if the requested size is available in our returns portal. If you need a different item, style, or color, please place a new order through our online store.
