Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CET).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Please allow extra time during sales or promotions.

  • In August, shipping and returns may experience delays of up to 8 days.


 Shipping Confirmation

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

  • Tracking info may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Shipping Verification & Dispute Policy

  • Every order is checked, photographed, weighed, and sealed using branded or tamper-evident tape.

  • In case of issues (e.g. tampered parcel, missing or empty package), notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory for claims:

  • Clear photos of the external package and label

  • Photos of the internal contents and packaging

  • Detailed explanation via email

⚠️ Claims without evidence or reported after 24 hours may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
⚠️ Repeated or unsupported claims may result in order suspension.


Responsibility for Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs procedures

  • Other external factors beyond our control

Couriers do not operate on these holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped:
