Every order is checked, photographed, weighed, and sealed using branded or tamper-evident tape.

In case of issues (e.g. tampered parcel, missing or empty package), notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Mandatory for claims:

Photos of the internal contents and packaging

Detailed explanation via email
⚠️ Claims without evidence or reported after 24 hours may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
